Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and MSW Program Director School of Social Work JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs provides oversight and leadership for the MSW and BSW programs in academic standards, explicit and implicit curriculum design and implementation, faculty development, academic affairs, and student achievement. This oversight extends to all program options (OMSW, Garden City, Poughkeepsie, Middletown, Hauppauge and NYC). The ADAA supervises the director of the BSW programs, the coordinator of the OMSW program, and the directors of Practicum Education and Student Affairs. The ADAA works in concert with the Center coordinators in the planning of center activities and focus areas.
