Summary:
D’Youville’s Patricia H. Garman School of Nursing is seeking an outstanding candidate for a temporary adjunct faculty position. This role will provide leadership in teaching, service, and scholarly activity. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply. Faculty rank will be commensurate with education and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs within a shared governance framework.
Utilize a variety of active teaching and learning strategies to meet diverse student learning styles, including lectures, lab/clinical teaching, online, and hybrid instruction.
Engage in scholarship as outlined by the Boyer model, including teaching, discovery, application, implementation, and engagement.
Participate in service activities that support D’Youville University, the nursing profession, and the community.
