Program Director, Bachelor of Nursing - Open Rank Faculty Job Type Full-time Description A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full-time exempt Program Director and open-rank faculty. This position provides innovative leadership for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. Develops and implements strategic plans for the program; represents the program in the department, college, and university; and develops community partnerships, clinical affiliate relationships, and interdisciplinary initiatives. Provides for the advancement of teaching, service, and scholarship. Supervises BSN program faculty and staff, maintains and enhances existing programs, recommends new program tracks or options, and develops and manages annual program budgets. Ensures total continuous programmatic compliance with Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) standards and State Board of Nursing (BON) regulations.
