Summary:  The Faculty in Anatomy is responsible for instruction in Anatomy to osteopathic medical students, and compliance with requirements and policies of the Division. They work closely with other faculty and Associate Deans in Preclinical and Clinical Education. The Faculty in Anatomy will participate primarily in teaching osteopathic medical students, research and scholarly activity, and service to the university and greater community. The selected candidate is expected to start immediately. The Department of Biomedical Informatics (DBMI) of Columbia University seeks an exceptional faculty member of any rank in the tenure track. The position is open to researchers interested in developing and applying informatics theory and achieving tangible benefits to health care and biology. Three foci are (1) machine learning for healthcare and health-related data science, (2) AI and technology-based interventions to improve health care and the health of individuals and populations, and (3) translational bioinformatics.
