All areas of mathematics and statistics are welcome. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the teaching mission of the department, which embraces project-based learning. This position would encompass teaching large lecture courses such as Calculus, Discrete Mathematics, Linear Algebra, Ordinary Differential Equations, Probability, and Statistics. The candidate would also serve as a course coordinator for courses with multiple lectures and there would be opportunities to teach major specific upper-level undergraduate courses as well as mentoring of undergraduate senior projects (Major Qualifying Projects).
