Visiting Professor of Law, Legal Practice (Faculty) Primary Purpose and Essential Functions: The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (McGeorge), invites applications for a visiting faculty position in our Trial Advocacy program as a Visiting Assistant Professor, Legal Practice. The position is a non-tenure-track position for the 2026-2027 academic year. The Visiting Assistant Professor, Legal Practice would be responsible for teaching courses in our trial advocacy and our mock trial programs. Courses currently offered as part of the program include: Trial Advocacy, Advanced Trial Advocacy, Mock Trial Evidence, The Art of Plea Bargaining, Jury Selection, and Civil and Criminal Pre-Trial Litigation.
