The Employability Skills Instructional Designer provides instructional design expertise for implementation of Newberry College's institution-wide Employability Skills Framework across academic programs. The Instructional Designer coordinates and supports curriculum mapping and learning outcome alignment activities; develops instructional and faculty implementation resources; and facilitates integration of employability competencies across academic and co-curricular experiences.   Under the direction of the Employability Skills Framework Project Manager, the Instructional Designer works collaboratively with the Employability Skills Subject Matter Expert, program directors, faculty, and other institutional partners to translate the Framework into program- and course-level implementation strategies.
