Assistant Director of Fieldwork and Accreditation - Assistant Professor Primary Purpose and Essential Functions: The Assistant Director of Fieldwork and Accreditation provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and supervisory direction for fieldwork, student teaching, university supervision, and credentialing processes across Benerd College programs. Reporting to the Director of Field Experience, this position supports candidates from admission through credential recommendation, supervises and develops University Supervisors and mentor teachers, strengthens district partnerships, and ensures a rigorous, equitable, and student-centered fieldwork experience across undergraduate, credential program, and graduate programs. 1.
