Learning Experience Designer The Learning Experience Designer (LxD) collaborates with faculty and academic staff to design, develop, and continuously improve high-quality learning experiences for students and professionals. Working within the Center for Teaching Excellence, the LxD provides consultation, instructional design expertise, and project management support for online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses and programs. This role partners closely with instructors to translate learning goals into engaging and effective learning experiences grounded in evidence-based teaching practices. The LxD also contributes to faculty development initiatives and supports innovative, ethical, and accessible uses of educational technology in higher education.
