Payroll Manager University of Mount Union Salary: Location: Description Function of Position: Reporting to the Controller, the Payroll Manager is responsible for planning, developing and directing the payroll and all payroll related functions. They will provide leadership in the design and selection of new programs and will direct the processes and practices specifically related to employee compensation and timely and accurate reporting as required for compliance by state and federal laws and regulations.
