Job Description
The Employment Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment and employment process for the university. This role coordinates job postings, candidate screenings, onboarding and employment compliance while ensuring alignment with institutional policies, equal opportunity standards and strategic workforce planning initiatives. The Employment Coordinator serves as the key liaison between hiring managers, candidates and the Office of Human Resources; and assists the department with all functions of human resource management. Essential Duties:
Facilitates all faculty and staff recruitment searches on the university’s applicant tracking system.
Advises hiring managers on recruitment processes, procedures and best practices.
Composes, recommends, and places job advertisements as necessary.
