Lectureship is renewable, subject to university approval. Teaching load is 5/5. A Ph.D. in U.S. History must be completed by the date of appointment. The successful candidate will teach lower-division survey classes in U.S. history. The candidate may also teach lower-division courses in U.S. economic history and at least one upper-division class in U.S. history.
