Assistant Director, Research Compliance Primary Purpose: Serves as the Institutional Review Board (IRB) Manager for all three campuses. Oversees the review, approval, and monitoring of IRB regulations and protocols, as well as the administration of sponsored research contracts and activities under Federal Wide Assurance. Also manages the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and university animal research facilities, coordinating animal care, training, and standards. Ensures the ethical, humane, and compliant use of animals in research and instruction in accordance with all applicable regulations. Essential Functions:
