Vice Chair for Research, Associate/Full Professor, Emergency Medicine (Tenure-Track) Location: Stony Brook, New York Open Date: Mar 02, 2026 Deadline: May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time Description The Vice Chair for Research will work under the direction of the Systems Chair and in collaboration with other departmental Vice Chairs, Division Chiefs, and Center Directors to provide overall vision, leadership, and coordination of the Department of Emergency Medicine's diverse research team and portfolio that includes clinical, health services, laboratory, translational, operations, and education research. The successful candidate for this position must have a MD, MD/PhD, or PhD. The candidate would be considered for faculty rank of tenured Associate Professor or Professor at RSOM.
