Assistant Director, Research Compliance Primary Purpose: Serves as the Institutional Review Board (IRB) Manager for all three campuses. Oversees the review, approval, and monitoring of IRB regulations and protocols, as well as the administration of sponsored research contracts and activities under Federal Wide Assurance. Also manages the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and university animal research facilities, coordinating animal care, training, and standards. Grant Submission Manager Primary Purpose: The Grant Submission Manager is responsible for pre-award grant compliance and grant and applicable contract submissions, supporting the Director of Research. Essential Functions: Reviews grants and incoming contracts for compliance and supports submission of faculty and staff led proposals. Supports the Director of Research in the application of proposal and contracts/ bid submission guidelines and any/all federal regulations.
