Associate Director of Facilities Management POSITION: Full-Time Associate Director of Facilities Management (Associate Director): Buildings and Grounds Department; Haverhill and Lawrence Campuses; 37.5 hours per week; Non-Unit Professional Position; SUMMARY: The Associate Director of Facilities Management reports to the Director of Facilities Management and the AVP Finance & Comptroller and leads the day-to-day facilities operations across both campuses. This role oversees internal maintenance staff and external vendors, ensuring efficient service delivery, project execution, and high-quality campus environments. The Associate Director is responsible for maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with all applicable state and institutional procurement, financial, and vendor regulations.
