Carpenter (Entry-Level Temp) Job Summary: The Facilities Services - Maintenance Team at Rollins College is seeking a service and team-oriented entry-level Carpenter to join their team on a temporary basis. Anticipated Employment Dates: Immediate - April 30, 2026 Primary Responsibilities:
Performing carpentry to include rough framing and drywall work along with some finish carpentry.
Performing cement repairs to include stucco and other specialized textures.
Assisting with special event set-up and take down
Assisting the lead carpenter to manage shop safety and cleanliness
Minimum Qualifications & Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid Florida driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report (MVR) are required to drive College vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Carpentry, welding, or related trade experience.
