The Painter preserves the condition and appearance of all interior and exterior surfaces on campus by applying paint and protective coatings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Calculate and provide cost analysis, estimates, and timeframes for all types of finish and coating jobs.
Purchase and record all products necessary for assigned jobs.
Repair and prep surfaces appropriately and apply applicable coatings.
Design and create vinyl graphics using computer-aided design, software, and plotters for all informational and directional signage on campus; maintain the university branding.
Install, tape, and finish new gypsum wallboards.
