SUPERVISOR / UTILITY OPERATIONS Position Number: S-3751 Position Summary:
Supervises and directs campus energy facilities operations, activities and employees. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of energy facilities, utility systems, and related campus distribution systems. Maintains regulatory compliance of campus energy facilities, utilities systems and related activities. Must have the ability to be on-call and be able to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED . Five years of work experience in energy facility operations, operating and maintaining high pressure boilers and critical alarms. Possession of a commercial pesticide applicators certification in Category 5B, Cooling Towers (Microbial Pest Management), from the State of Michigan, or must be obtained within one year of hire.
