ATSU - Skilled General Maintenance II Description A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Skilled General Maintenance II worker on the Kirksville, Missouri campus. The Skilled General Maintenance II worker will perform general construction, project work, minor, intermediate, and major maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities throughout the ATSU Kirksville campus in areas that include but are not limited to classrooms, administrative offices, research labs, patient care, mechanical rooms, roofs, student housing, athletic and outdoor areas. Utilize advanced skills and experience to troubleshoot simple and complex issues with building systems including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, masonry, painting, carpentry and locksmithing in support of university daily operations.
