Manchester University is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to support daily operations for the North Manchester campus. This role combines in‑the‑field maintenance work with key supervisory duties-guiding staff, coordinating vendors, managing schedules, and supporting safety and preventive maintenance efforts. You'll help ensure our facilities, systems, and equipment remain safe, reliable, and efficient for our campus community. What You'll Do: Hands‑On Maintenance & Field Work: (70%)
