Carpenter Helper Job Summary: Rollins College is currently seeking a service-oriented Carpenter Helper to join their Maintenance team. The Carpenter Helper has the responsibility of performing basic and routine maintenance, service and repair of college facilities, equipment and systems. Essential Job Functions Performs miscellaneous painting and carpentry work including drywall patching, furniture repair, staging and riser setup/tear-down, and installation & repair of acoustical ceilings. Completes preventative maintenance of roofing systems by clearing debris from roofs, gutters, balconies, and exterior stone and facades on a regular basis.
