This position is primarily assigned to the Pensacola Campus but may be assigned to work any of the campuses throughout the district. The Maintenance Specialist coordinates and participates in a variety of maintenance functions to include but not limited to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of assigned buildings and grounds areas throughout the district.
