Johnson County Community College Position: Morning Custodian Department: Finance & Administrative Services Type of Position: Full-time Hourly Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Work Schedule, Hours per week: Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00am to 1:30pm, 40 hours per week Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No Starting Salary Range: $15.34-$18.61 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume. Position Summary: The Custodian supports JCCC mission by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This position is responsible for the daily sanitation and physical upkeep of campus buildings, including classrooms, offices, and common areas. Beyond routine cleaning, the Custodian supports campus operations through event setup, furniture relocation, and seasonal grounds maintenance such as snow removal. Required Qualifications:
