An appointment made from outside the bargaining unit (AFSCME) must start at this salary, step #7 of the range or as adjusted in accordance with the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement. Salary increases annually with step increase and cost-of-living increases as defined in the AFSCME contract. Note: Starting salary does not include the $1.25 per hour shift differential as defined by the AFSMCE contract.
