Job Summary
In the MWSU Center for Academic Support, tutoring is provided to assist students. The main purpose is to provide academic assistance to students through one-on-one tutoring or small group tutoring in person at the CAS or online via Zoom. Secondary roles include staying up-to-date on discipline knowledge and light clerical responsibilities. We are currently hiring for Writing Tutors for the Spring semester.
Essential Duties
Provide academic assistance to students through one-on-one tutoring in person at the CAS or online via Zoom
Complete rigorous training the first semester to cover clerical responsibilities, discipline knowledge, course content, and tutoring techniques
