The LaFetra College of Education at the University of La Verne invites applications for a full-time, tenure track faculty position at the rank of assistant or associate professor to begin in the Fall 2026 academic term with teaching responsibilities possible within the M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and/or Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership Programs. We seek dynamic, creative, scholarly practitioners committed to quality teaching, student success, and scholarship. We are seeking candidates who can teach quantitative or qualitative research courses and/ or the programmatic leadership courses. The core competencies of the programs include leadership, change, and contribution as they relate to personal and interpersonal, team, and organizational effectiveness.
