  The CNR Associate Dean of Academic Affairs is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the College's academic, credit-bearing instructional mission. This position reports to the CNR Dean, provides administrative support for all academic programs, and serves as a liaison to the dean on academic issues, supporting faculty and staff. The ADAA serves as a key member of the CNR “Dean Team” and participates in recruiting, budget, personnel, planning, and other critical issues related to the college. These responsibilities are further delineated below.
