  Summary: The Director of Faculty Development will design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive faculty development programs that enhance teaching effectiveness, scholarly productivity, and professional growth for faculty within the College of Osteopathic Medicine. This role supports DYU-COM’s mission to foster excellence in osteopathic medical education and ensure faculty are equipped to meet evolving accreditation standards and best practices in medical education.
