DIRECTOR / CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLIANCE Position Number: S-3876 Position Summary: The director of civil rights compliance reports to the assistant to the president for institutional equity and compliance. The director serves as a deputy title IX coordinator and the University’s ADA coordinator, assisting with all major duties of the title IX coordinator, including managing the day-to-day responsibilities under university policies related to civil rights, Title IX, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and equal opportunity.
