ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/HONORS PROGRAM Position Number: S-3858 Position Summary:
The Assistant Director of the Honors Program coordinates, processes and supports undergraduates in completing Honors Protocols. This position is responsible for managing core elements of the required Honors Program protocols, including stewarding the capstone project administrative process, independent studies, and contracts. The Assistant Director ensures the alignment of Honors Program processes with university systems and engages in regular improvement of program processes and procedures. This position works closely with office administrative staff and the Director in liaising with campus partners and in building professional and personal development opportunities for students.
