DIRECTOR / COMPASS PEER EDUCATION PROGRAM & OROS WELL-TH SCHOLARS Position Number: S-3912 Position Summary: Responsible for the strategic leadership, oversight and evaluation of the Oros Well-th Scholarship Cohort and COMPASS (Community, Outreach, Mental Health, Persistence and Student Success) peer education program initiatives. This position will work directly under the supervision of the Executive Director of Counseling Services to administer the Oros Well-th Scholarship Protocol, including recruiting applicants, managing the selection process, offering Protocol experiences, and tracking scholarship recipient participation.
