DIRECTOR / INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT Position Number: S-3773 Position Summary: Provides visionary, collaborative, and coordinated leadership for creating and implementing multi-modality instructional, learning design, and pedagogical practices that maximize student learning across the curriculum. Cultivates partnerships with CMU instructors, regardless of their unit, instructional setting, or mode of course delivery to enhance the institution’s culture of teaching and learning. Collaborates with other university constituents to align resources to ensure a high-quality learning environment and related support strategies. Manages and reports on data relevant to instructional development. Reports to the Executive Director/Curriculum and Instructional Support.
