SUMMARY: Northern Essex Community College is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the Director of Student Recruitment position. Reporting to and working with the Executive Director of Enrollment Management (EDEM), the Director will develop and manage recruitment and yield strategies, lead a team of Recruitment Counselors across both Haverhill and Lawrence campuses and manage on and off-campus activities to create strategic recruitment, outreach and enrollment goals.
