The position is responsible for the planning, implementing, managing, and supporting the campus network needs of the university as directed by the Director of IT Infrastructure. Various areas of responsibility will include overseeing the university's network infrastructure, troubleshooting network-related issues, documenting network infrastructure changes and upkeep, as well as supporting the university's telecommunications and fax infrastructure.
