Description
Governors State University is seeking to hire a Web Developer IV position as a pivotal member of the ITS team, responsible for administering, developing, and supporting GovState's digital platforms. This role oversees the technical systems behind the public website, MyGSU portals, and several enterprise applications. Additionally, the position serves as a backup administrator for other critical systems.
Essential Responsibilities
60% Technical Lead for all Internet/Web-delivered Content • Administer, manage, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based web publication systems, including public websites, internal websites, portals, and content management systems. • Serves as a technical administrator for the public Drupal/Acquia website, installing and updating modules, configuring and maintaining functionality, and making any configuration changes or modifications as needed.
