ATSU - Analyst Desktop Support Description Analyst Desktop Support is a third tier relating to desktop services at ATSU. The person in this position, will be working under minimal supervision, will mentor other technicians in providing end-user support for the processes. Analyst Desktop Support will keep his/her supervisor apprised of new developments or techniques listed. Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth running of desktop technology on both campuses, CHCs, Regional sites and for all ATSU students, both residential and non-traditional.
Resolve issues when escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians.
Prepare processes in order to introduce new technology to ATSU, while maintaining current technology to optimum standards.
Analyze the issues that may arise during the introduction of new resources and the issues that can arise with existing resources.
