ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR / CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER / EMPLOYER RELATIONS Position Number: S-3747 Position Summary: This position provides oversight for the employer relations team within the Career Development Center, including supervision of the assistant director of employer relations. The associate director develops, manages, and communicates program activities that support employer, faculty, and student career relationships and creates and develops department marketing activities on and off campus to engage with employers. This position maintains existing employer relationships and cultivates new partnerships, which includes managing the Employer Spotlight and Employer Partnership Programs and associated resources, dedicated for academic colleges.
