Youth Case Manager (Employment & Training Administration) The Employment & Training Administration is currently seeking a Youth Case Manager to join their team. The Youth Case Manager will help plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of individuals enrolled in the Youth Employment Program and Summer Youth Employment Program. The essential role of the Youth Case Manager will be teaching the participants proper work ethic which includes honesty and integrity in the workplace; following all rules and procedures as directed; stressing the importance of being on time; understanding acceptable reasons for not reporting to work or leaving early; being cooperative and a team player; respecting co-workers and supervisors; doing your job to the best of your ability; and practicing effective communication skills.
