Director of Workforce Student Support The Director of Workforce Student Support has three core responsibilities: (1) collaborate with the Executive Director of Workforce Development and industry partners to design and implement in-demand workforce development training programs that are stackable to the College's credit programs, when appropriate; (2) develop and execute impact-oriented employer and industry engagement strategies for the institution; and (3) provide strategic and practical oversight of the workforce student life-cycle which encompasses enrollment management, student support, career readiness and job placement. The Director of Workforce Student Support will also use data-driven decision making to plan, implement and achieve the enrollment and student support goals established by SUNY Orange Plus.
