  Position Summary Nebraska Wesleyan University is seeking a full-time Business Office Associate who will assist with the daily operations of the Business Office. This role will provide receptionist, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and administrative support. Responsibilities Be the face of the business office by providing front office support, answering phone calls and assisting visitors, students, faculty and staff with questions and concerns. Process accounts payables and receivables, including invoices, expense reports, check requests, vendor payments and student payments. Manage the collection process and associated vendors. Maintain vendor records, W-9's, 1099s and support credit card administration. Respond to parents, students, employees and vendor questions regarding student accounts, payables, receivables, and HR processes.
