Lecturer of Business, Master of Human Resources Position Summary: The Department of Business and the Hamilton Holt School of Professional Advancement and Graduate Studies at Rollins College is seeking applicants for a lecturer position in the Master of Human Resources program beginning in August 2026. The position includes teaching primarily graduate required Master of Human Resources courses, as well as undergraduate classes in human resources or related fields in the Department of Business. The ability to teach elective courses at the graduate and undergraduate level is highly desirable. Active research productivity is expected. Other responsibilities of the positions include advising, program development, curriculum development, assurance of learning/demonstration of learning (AOL/DOL) activities, and, perhaps, general education.
