ASSISTANT ATHLETIC TRAINER (2 POSITIONS) Position Number: S-3762 Position Summary: The Assistant Athletic Trainer is a certified and licensed healthcare professional responsible for delivering comprehensive athletic training services to Central Michigan University ( CMU ) intercollegiate student-athletes. This position provides daily medical care for assigned teams, including injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, referral, and rehabilitation. The Assistant Athletic Trainer travels with teams to competitions, attends home events and practices, and plays an integral role within the collaborative Sports Medicine healthcare team.
