The women's wrestling team competes as a representative of Otterbein University and adheres to NCAA requirements as an emerging sport. The Associate Head Coach / Head Coach will work in conjunction with the Director of Wrestling Operations to oversee recruiting, coaching, program management, student-athlete development, and compliance efforts while advancing the mission and values of Otterbein University and NCAA Division III athletics.
