Sports Psychologist Job Summary: The Athletics Department at Rollins College is seeking Sports Psychologist a to join their team! Under the supervision of the Associate Vice President of Athletics, the Sports Psychologist will provide a full range of culturally sensitive clinical and non-clinical services for Division II student-athletes at Rollins College. This full-time, 12-month position will include assessment/evaluation, short-term individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and psycho-educational workshops to increase the mental health awareness of student athletes. In addition to direct clinical services, the sports psychologist will provide applied sports psychology services related to enhancing athletic performance. Lifeguards are responsible for monitoring the pool during open swim hours while swimmers are present. The primary responsibility is to prevent drowning and other injuries from occurring. Must enforce all safety rules of PSC Pool Facility.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have current CPR and AED certifications for lifeguard, prior lifeguard experience, and be at least 18 years old.
