Director of Basketball Operations (MBB) Primary Purpose: Under general direction, the Director of Basketball Operations - Men's Basketball, is responsible to plan and organize all team travel, coordinate student-athlete academic development, and convey information between Pacific, conference schools, and the West Coast Conference (WCC) office. They must have the ability to communicate effectively, coordinate multiple priorities, travel with the team, and handle sensitive information necessitating use of tact, discretion, and judgment. Essential Functions:
Resolves routine and complex problems with minimal consultation; handles multiple assignments and prioritizes in a constantly changing work environment; recognizes and improves administrative and operational processes as needed.
