Tiger Trainer (Personal Trainer) (Temporary Employee Pool) Primary Purpose: The Tiger Trainer (Personal Trainer) is responsible for providing safe, effective, and accessible programming for individual and small group clients of all ages and degrees of health. The Tiger Trainer actively participates in outstanding customer service. Essential Functions:
Be on time and prepared for work. On time is five (5) minutes before scheduled session, appointment, or meeting. Attend all fitness staff meetings, in-services, and individually-requested meetings.
Schedule and conduct private personal training sessions for clients, following protocols as accepted and provided by Pacific Recreation.
Execute initial consultations and fitness assessment testing, following protocols as accepted and provided by Pacific Recreation.
Model, promote, and consistently enforce campus recreation policies.
