The Athletic Events Support Manager primarily focuses on the planning and execution of events in multi-use facilities, with a focus on athletic events. The individual is responsible for assisting clients by providing advance planning support, coordinating and arranging resources, providing quotes and invoices and playing a key role in the day of execution. This position plays a key role in establishing and strengthening relationships with on campus and off campus stakeholders through providing exemplary customer service.
Required Experience:
Two years of progressive experience in event planning
Experience using common office computer applications including word-processing, spreadsheet, email, and browser applications
