Head Coach, Swimming & Diving Job Description Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Men’s and Women’s Swim & Dive Coach is responsible for leading, managing, and developing both the men’s and women’s programs. This role oversees all aspects of both teams, including coaching, training, recruitment, strategic planning, and athlete development, with a focus on achieving academic success and competitive excellence. The Head Coach is expected to maintain high-performance standards for both programs, foster a culture of integrity, leadership, and accountability, and create a positive, disciplined, and highly competitive team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Collegiate head coaching experience.
Demonstrated ability to organize, operate, and sustain a highly competitive collegiate athletic program, while motivating and mentoring student-athletes to achieve peak individual and team performance.
