Summary:
Under general supervision the Head Flag Football Coach is responsible for developing a best-in class women’s flag football program that represents the institution’s and athletic department’s mission and values. The head coach will lead, teach, recruit, and graduate a diverse group of high character women who embody respect, sportsmanship, service, hard work, and determination. The flag football coach will lead a program that competes at a high level on the field and in the classroom. Student-athlete welfare and experience will guide all decisions made by the head flag football coach.
Responsibilities:
Contributes to the educational mission of the University by coordinating the instruction of student-athletes in the area of flag football training and competition.
Recruits high character student-athletes for the flag football program.
